Our COVID-19 Response

At Magical Views we understand that the global pandemic is causing expectant mothers and their loved ones so much uncertainty and worry. We would like to assure you that we are doing everything we can to minimise the risk to yourselves and your nearest and dearest. We are following all government guidance and our policies have been updated to reflect the recent lifting of restrictions.

You will no longer be required to wear a face covering or complete our test and trace log. But you are welcome to continue to do so if this is your preference.

We still require for you not to attend if you have symptoms of COVID 19 – please contact us immediately, should any of the following apply.

  • A temperature or fever (over 37.8°C) in the last 48 hours
  • A new persistent cough
  • Loss or change to sense of smell or taste
  • You have had a positive Covid-19 test result.
  • If you live in the same house as someone who has developed the above symptoms or has had a positive COVID-19 test in the last 14 days
  • You have been told to self-isolate by test and trace

We can now allow 1 client and 4 guests to attend for the scan at present. Please do not bring any additional friends or family. Children may attend the scan as long as there are no more than 4 guests total. We ask you to please respect the health and safety of our staff by encouraging children to sit still as much as possible. As part of the scan you will have free access to our tricefy image sharing app to share your images with your loved ones.

We ask you to please continue to wash your hands regularly during your visit. We have both hand sanitiser and soap and water readily available for handwashing.

We have implemented and are continuing with an enhanced cleaning schedule in between clients

Social distancing signage is displayed in our clinic, this is not a requirement but advisable where possible.

We will social distance as much as possible during your visit, and full PPE will be worn including face masks, gloves and aprons. However due to the nature of scanning, the sonographer will have to sit close to you and make contact with your abdomen with the scan transducer. If you are not comfortable with this please do not book a scan with us.

Thank you for your co-operation. We want your scan experience to be a safe and enjoyable one.
